At SK Pharma, product quality and safety are our top priorities.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are generally not accepted once products have been sold or delivered, except under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product damaged during delivery

• Manufacturing defect (verified)

2. Return Request Timeline

Any return or replacement request must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with proof (invoice and photos, if applicable).

3. Inspection & Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team. Approved returns may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used medicines

• Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse

• Items returned without original packaging
