Dinovo Tablet 375 mg + 20 mg is a fixed-dose combination of Naproxen Sodium (375 mg) and Esomeprazole Magnesium (20 mg), developed to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation while minimizing gastrointestinal side effects commonly associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This formulation is especially beneficial for patients who need long-term NSAID therapy and are at increased risk of acid-related gastric discomfort or ulceration.

Each tablet contains:
Naproxen Sodium 375 mg
Esomeprazole Magnesium 20 mg
Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug (NSAID)
Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI)
Naproxen Sodium exerts its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to reduced prostaglandin synthesis. This results in effective relief from pain, swelling, stiffness, and inflammation in acute and chronic conditions.
Esomeprazole Magnesium is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme in gastric parietal cells. By lowering gastric acid levels, esomeprazole protects the stomach lining and reduces the risk of NSAID-induced gastric erosion, ulceration, and dyspepsia.
The combined formulation ensures sustained pain control while enhancing gastrointestinal safety, making it suitable for prolonged use under medical supervision.
Dinovo Tablet 375 mg + 20 mg is indicated for the management of:
Osteoarthritis
