Nevalto Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of Nebivolol 5 mg and Valsartan 80 mg, formulated for the effective management of hypertension. By combining a selective beta-1 adrenergic blocker with an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), Nevalto provides dual-mechanism blood pressure control. This combination helps achieve better and more sustained reduction in blood pressure while improving cardiovascular outcomes and patient adherence.

Antihypertensive agents
(Beta-blocker + Angiotensin II receptor blocker)
Nevalto Tablet is indicated for the treatment of:
Essential hypertension
Patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with monotherapy
Reduction of cardiovascular risk associated with persistent high blood pressure
It is suitable for patients requiring combination therapy to achieve optimal blood pressure targets.
Nebivolol: A highly selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that reduces heart rate and myocardial contractility, leading to decreased cardiac output. Nebivolol also enhances nitric oxide-mediated vasodilation, improving endothelial function and peripheral blood flow.
Valsartan: An angiotensin II receptor blocker that selectively inhibits the AT1 receptor, preventing vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion. This results in vasodilation, reduced sodium and water retention, and lowered blood pressure.
The complementary actions of nebivolol and valsartan provide effective blood pressure reduction with a favorable tolerability profile.

The usual recommended dose of Nevalto Tablet is one tablet once daily, or as directed by a physician.
It may be taken with or without food.
Dosage adjustment should be based on blood pressure response and patient tolerability.
Patients should take the tablet at the same time each day for optimal blood pressure control.
Dose modification may be required in elderly patients or those with renal or hepatic impairment.
Nevalto Tablet is contraindicated in patients with:
Hypersensitivity to nebivolol, valsartan, or any component of the formulation
Severe bradycardia, heart block, or cardiogenic shock
Severe hepatic impairment
Pregnancy, especially during the second and third trimesters
Commonly reported side effects may include:
Headache
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Fatigue
Bradycardia
Hypotension
Most adverse effects are mild to moderate and often diminish with continued treatment.
Caution is advised in patients with heart failure, renal artery stenosis, electrolyte imbalance, or impaired renal function. Sudden discontinuation of beta-blockers should be avoided to prevent rebound hypertension or angina. Blood pressure, heart rate, and renal function should be monitored regularly during therapy.
Nevalto Tablet is contraindicated during pregnancy due to the risk of fetal toxicity associated with valsartan. Breastfeeding mothers should use this medication only if clearly needed and under medical supervision.
Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
