Composition

Each ml contains:

• Ciprofloxacin 0.3%
• Dexamethasone 0.1%

Indications

Quidex Eye Drop is indicated for:

• Bacterial conjunctivitis
• Inflammatory eye conditions with bacterial infection
• Blepharitis (eyelid infection)
• Keratitis (as prescribed)
• Post-operative eye inflammation with risk of infection
• Mixed inflammatory and bacterial eye conditions

Mechanism of Action

• Ciprofloxacin: A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, preventing bacterial growth and eliminating infection.
• Dexamethasone: A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, swelling, redness, and allergic reactions in the eye.

Dosage and Administration

• Use only as prescribed by an ophthalmologist
• Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) as directed
• Usually applied 2–4 times daily depending on severity
• Do not touch the dropper tip to avoid contamination
• Remove contact lenses before use and wait before reinserting
