Indications

Triovix Tablet is indicated for:

Pharmacology

Triovix combines three antiretroviral agents with complementary mechanisms of action:

• Lamivudine is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) that interferes with viral DNA synthesis by inhibiting the reverse transcriptase enzyme.

• Zidovudine, also an NRTI, prevents HIV from replicating by incorporating into viral DNA and causing chain termination.
