Indications

Zytix Tablet is indicated for:

• Metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC)
• Metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC)
• Advanced prostate cancer receiving androgen deprivation therapy (ADT)
• Other prostate cancer conditions as determined by an oncologist

Mechanism of Action

Abiraterone Acetate is converted in the body to active Abiraterone, which inhibits the CYP17 enzyme. This enzyme is essential for androgen biosynthesis. By blocking CYP17:
