Indications

A-Clox Injection 250 mg/vial is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible organisms, including:

• Severe skin and soft tissue infections

• Bone and joint infections such as osteomyelitis and septic arthritis

• Lower and upper respiratory tract infections

• Septicemia and bacteremia

• Endocarditis caused by susceptible staphylococci

• Post-operative and post-traumatic infections

It is especially useful when infections are caused by penicillin-resistant staphylococci or when oral administration is not feasible.

Pharmacology
