Criston Injection 1 mg/ml contains Vincristine Sulfate, a potent anticancer agent belonging to the vinca alkaloid class. It is widely used in oncology for the treatment of various hematological malignancies and solid tumors. Vincristine works by disrupting cancer cell division, making it an essential component of many combination chemotherapy regimens.

Composition
Each ml contains:
Mechanism of Action
Vincristine Sulfate binds to tubulin proteins and inhibits the formation of microtubules, which are essential for mitotic spindle formation during cell division. By blocking microtubule assembly, Vincristine arrests cells in metaphase, preventing replication and leading to programmed cell death (apoptosis) in rapidly dividing cancer cells.
