Composition

Each ml contains:

Mechanism of Action

Vincristine Sulfate binds to tubulin proteins and inhibits the formation of microtubules, which are essential for mitotic spindle formation during cell division. By blocking microtubule assembly, Vincristine arrests cells in metaphase, preventing replication and leading to programmed cell death (apoptosis) in rapidly dividing cancer cells.

Indications

Criston Injection 1 mg/ml is indicated for the treatment of:

• Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
• Hodgkin’s lymphoma
• Non-Hodgkin lymphoma
• Wilms’ tumor
• Neuroblastoma
• Rhabdomyosarcoma
• Small cell lung cancer (as part of combination therapy)
• Other malignancies as per oncology protocols

Dosage and Administration

• Must be administered only by intravenous (IV) injection under strict medical supervision
• Intrathecal administration is strictly prohibited and can be fatal
