This dual-action therapy helps improve urinary flow by relaxing prostate and bladder neck muscles while also reducing prostate size over time. Composition

Each capsule contains:

• Tamsulosin Hydrochloride 0.4 mg
• Dutasteride 0.5 mg

This combination targets both dynamic and structural components of prostate enlargement.

Indications

Hi-Flow D Capsule is indicated for:

• Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
• Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) associated with enlarged prostate
• Urinary hesitancy, weak stream, and incomplete bladder emptying
• Nocturia (frequent nighttime urination)
• Progressive prostate enlargement management

Pharmacological Action

This combination works through dual mechanisms:

• Tamsulosin: Blocks alpha-1 adrenergic receptors in the prostate and bladder neck, relaxing smooth muscles and improving urine flow
• Dutasteride: Inhibits 5-alpha reductase enzyme, reducing conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), leading to gradual shrinkage of the prostate

Together, they provide rapid symptom relief and long-term reduction in prostate size.

Dosage & Administration

• Usual dose: 1 capsule once daily after the same meal each day
• Swallow capsule whole with water
• Do not crush or chew the capsule
• Regular use is required for full therapeutic benefit
