Radiglip-M Tablet 50 mg + 1000 mg is a fixed-dose combination oral antidiabetic medicine containing Sitagliptin 50 mg and Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg. It is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve blood glucose control when diet, exercise, and single-drug therapy are insufficient.

Indications

Radiglip-M 50/1000 mg is indicated for:

• Management of type 2 diabetes mellitus

• Patients inadequately controlled on metformin alone

• Patients already taking sitagliptin and metformin separately

• As part of combination therapy with other antidiabetic agents (as prescribed)

It is not indicated for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
