It helps reduce liver fat accumulation, improve lipid metabolism, and slow the progression of liver fibrosis in patients with fatty liver disease. Composition

Indications

Renash Tablet is indicated for:

• Metabolic dysfunction–associated steatohepatitis (MASH/NASH) with fibrosis (F2–F3)
• Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with metabolic risk factors (as prescribed)
• Hepatic steatosis with dyslipidemia
• Adjunct therapy in patients with metabolic liver disorders

Mechanism of Action

Resmetirom selectively activates thyroid hormone receptor beta (THR-β), predominantly expressed in the liver. This enhances hepatic lipid metabolism, increases fatty acid oxidation, and reduces intrahepatic fat accumulation. It also improves serum lipid profiles, including lowering LDL cholesterol, while minimizing systemic thyroid-related side effects due to receptor selectivity.

Dosage and Administration

• Taken once daily or as directed by a physician.
• Can be taken with or without food.
