Composition

Each film-coated tablet contains:

Indications

Solurin Tablet is indicated for:

• Overactive bladder (OAB)
• Urinary urgency and frequency
• Urge urinary incontinence
• Nocturia (frequent nighttime urination due to bladder overactivity)
• Bladder instability and detrusor overactivity

Mechanism of Action

Solifenacin works by selectively blocking muscarinic M3 receptors in the bladder. These receptors are responsible for bladder muscle contractions. By inhibiting their activity, Solurin reduces involuntary bladder contractions, increases bladder capacity, and helps control the urge to urinate, leading to improved urinary continence.

Dosage & Administration
