Composition

Each gram contains:

• Fusidic Acid 2%
• Hydrocortisone 1%

Indications

Topiderm Cream is indicated for:

• Infected eczema
• Infected dermatitis
• Impetigo with inflammation
• Secondary bacterial skin infections
• Inflamed and itchy infected skin lesions
• Allergic skin conditions with bacterial superinfection

Mechanism of Action

This combination works through two complementary actions:

• Fusidic Acid: A topical antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, effectively targeting Staphylococcus aureus and other susceptible organisms.
• Hydrocortisone: A mild corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, itching, and swelling by suppressing immune-mediated skin responses.

Together, they control infection and inflammation for faster skin recovery.

Dosage & Administration

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2–3 times daily or as directed by a physician
• Gently rub until absorbed
