Composition

Indications

Vertinor Tablet is indicated for:

• Vertigo associated with Ménière’s disease
• Dizziness and balance disorders
• Tinnitus associated with inner ear dysfunction
• Nausea and vomiting due to vestibular disorders
• Prevention of recurrent vertigo episodes (as prescribed)

Mechanism of Action

Betahistine acts as a histamine analogue that improves microcirculation in the inner ear by enhancing blood flow in the stria vascularis. It also reduces endolymphatic pressure, which helps relieve vertigo, tinnitus, and hearing disturbances associated with Ménière’s disease.

Dosage & Administration

• Dosage should be determined by a physician
• Usually taken 2–3 times daily after meals
• Swallow with water without chewing
