Indications

Avlosef DS Suspension is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including:

• Upper respiratory tract infections such as tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and sinusitis
• Lower respiratory tract infections including bronchitis and pneumonia
• Ear infections (otitis media)
• Urinary tract infections (cystitis, pyelonephritis)
• Skin and soft tissue infections such as cellulitis, boils, and impetigo

Mechanism of Action

Cephradine exerts its bactericidal action by interfering with bacterial cell wall synthesis.
