CoralCal-Kit Tablet 150 mg + 600 mg + 400 IU is a combination supplement and therapeutic tablet designed to support bone health, prevent fractures, and improve skeletal strength in patients with osteoporosis or at risk of bone loss.
This formulation combines:
Ibandronic Acid 150 mg – a potent bisphosphonate that inhibits bone resorption
Coral Calcium 600 mg – a natural, bioavailable source of calcium
Vitamin D3 400 IU – essential for calcium absorption and bone mineralization
The synergistic combination of these ingredients helps reduce bone turnover, increase bone mineral density (BMD), and prevent fractures, particularly in postmenopausal women and adults with osteoporosis. CoralCal-Kit is indicated for both treatment and maintenance of bone health.

Bisphosphonate preparations
Nutritional supplements for bone health
Ibandronic Acid: A nitrogen-containing bisphosphonate that selectively binds to bone hydroxyapatite. It inhibits osteoclast activity, reducing bone resorption and turnover, leading to progressive bone mass gain. It does not interfere with osteoclast recruitment and does not directly affect bone formation.
Coral Calcium: Provides bioavailable calcium, essential for bone formation, maintenance, and strength. Adequate calcium intake helps prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): Enhances intestinal absorption of calcium, regulates serum calcium and phosphate levels, and contributes to bone mineralization.
Together, these components slow the progression of osteoporosis, improve bone density, and reduce the risk of fractures.
CoralCal-Kit Tablet is indicated for:
Treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis
Reduction of fracture risk in individuals with low bone mass
Prevention of bone loss in adults at risk of osteoporosis
Supplementation in patients with insufficient dietary calcium or vitamin D
Recommended dose: One tablet once monthly, or as prescribed by the physician
Take on an empty stomach with a full glass of plain water (180–240 ml)
Remain upright for at least 60 minutes after taking the tablet to prevent esophageal irritation
Do not chew, crush, or suck the tablet
If a monthly dose is missed and the next scheduled dose is more than 7 days away, take the missed dose the following morning and return to the regular schedule. If less than 7 days remain, wait for the next scheduled dose.
Calcium and antacids may reduce ibandronic acid absorption; take at least 60 minutes apart
No significant interactions with H2 antagonists, proton pump inhibitors, metformin, or bisphosphonates
Caution with anticoagulants and other medications affecting calcium metabolism
Hypersensitivity to ibandronic acid, coral calcium, vitamin D3, or excipients
Uncorrected hypocalcemia
Severe renal impairment or inability to sit/stand upright for at least 60 minutes
Esophageal abnormalities (e.g., stricture, achalasia)
Common: Dyspepsia, nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, headache
Rare: Esophagitis, esophageal ulcers, osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ)
Patients should report difficulty swallowing, retrosternal pain, or new/worsening heartburn
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation
Use only if benefits outweigh risks and under strict medical supervision
Correct hypocalcemia or vitamin D deficiency before therapy
Ensure adequate calcium and vitamin D intake
Monitor for upper GI adverse events
Maintain hydration and upright posture after administration
Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C
Protect from light and moisture
Keep out of reach of children
Ibandronic acid inhibits osteoclast-mediated bone resorption
Coral calcium supplies essential mineral for bone structure
Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption and supports bone mineralization
Combined, they improve bone density, reduce fracture risk, and maintain skeletal health.
