Composition

Each orally disintegrating tablet contains:

• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 2000 IU

Mechanism of Action

Vitamin D3 is metabolized in the liver and kidneys to its active form, calcitriol. Calcitriol enhances the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestine, supports bone mineralization, and helps maintain normal serum calcium levels. It also contributes to muscle strength and supports immune system regulation.

Indications

D-gain ODT Tablet 2000 IU is indicated for:

• Prevention of Vitamin D deficiency
• Mild Vitamin D insufficiency
• Supportive therapy in osteoporosis
• Osteomalacia (as prescribed)
• Rickets prevention in children (as directed by physician)
