Dipa Tablet 10 mg contains Rupatadine Fumarate, a second-generation antihistamine designed for the management of allergic conditions. It is an effective, non-sedating option for controlling symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria. Rupatadine provides relief from sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin hives by blocking histamine H1 receptors and inhibiting platelet-activating factor (PAF), which contributes to the inflammatory response in allergies.
Unlike first-generation antihistamines, Rupatadine has minimal sedative effects, allowing patients to maintain normal daily activities without drowsiness. Its long-lasting action supports once-daily dosing, making it a convenient and reliable option for long-term allergy management.
