Mechanism of Action

Fixvel Tablet works through dual antiviral action:

• Sofosbuvir: Inhibits HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, blocking viral replication
• Velpatasvir: Inhibits HCV NS5A protein, preventing viral replication and assembly

Together, they:

• Stop viral multiplication
