Composition

Each 2 ml injection contains:

Pharmacology

Lidocaine Hydrochloride is a local anesthetic that stabilizes neuronal membranes by inhibiting ionic fluxes required for the initiation and conduction of nerve impulses. Indications

Intafenac Plus Injection is indicated for the short-term management of acute painful and inflammatory conditions, including:

• Post-operative pain and inflammation

• Musculoskeletal pain such as sprains, strains, and sports injuries

• Acute low back pain and sciatica

• Renal colic and biliary colic

• Acute attacks of gout

• Pain and inflammation following trauma or orthopedic procedures

Dosage and Administration

• Administered by deep intramuscular injection.

• The usual recommended dose is one ampoule (2 ml) once daily or as directed by a registered physician.

• Duration of treatment should be as short as possible, depending on clinical response.

Contraindications

• Known hypersensitivity to diclofenac, lidocaine, or other NSAIDs

• History of asthma, urticaria, or allergic reactions after NSAID use
