Topical antihistamine
Anti-itch and skin-protective agent
ItchCare Cream is indicated for:
Relief of pruritus (itching) due to insect bites, rashes, or minor allergic reactions
Redness and irritation associated with eczema, dermatitis, or urticaria
Mild skin inflammations caused by environmental factors
Protection of the skin while reducing discomfort from minor dermatological conditions
Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride is a first-generation H1-antihistamine that blocks histamine at receptor sites, preventing the itching and redness associated with allergic reactions. Topical application limits systemic absorption while targeting local sites of irritation.
Zinc Acetate acts as an astringent and mild antiseptic, providing soothing, protective, and drying effects on inflamed or weeping skin. It helps reduce moisture in affected areas, which can minimize bacterial growth and promote healing.
The combination works synergistically: Diphenhydramine provides immediate relief from itching, while Zinc Acetate promotes skin protection and repair, making it suitable for short-term management of minor dermatological issues.
Apply a thin layer of ItchCare Cream to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily
Gently rub until fully absorbed

Treatment duration is generally short-term, until symptoms resolve; if symptoms persist beyond 7 days, consult a healthcare professional
No significant drug interactions are reported with topical use
Caution is advised if used concurrently with other topical medications in the same area to avoid irritation
Hypersensitivity to Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride, Zinc compounds, or any other component of the cream
Open wounds, deep puncture wounds, or severe burns should not be treated with this cream

Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride: Blocks H1 histamine receptors, reducing itching, redness, and allergic inflammation locally
Zinc Acetate: Provides astringent, protective, and drying effects, supporting skin healing and reducing the risk of secondary infection
The cream combines rapid symptomatic relief with skin protection, making it ideal for short-term management of minor dermatological irritations.
