Milk of Magnesia Plus Emulsion is indicated for:

Pharmacology

• Magnesium Hydroxide is an osmotic laxative. It draws water into the intestines, increasing stool bulk and softening the stool to facilitate easier passage.

• Liquid Paraffin acts as a stool lubricant, coating the intestinal walls and reducing friction, which further helps ease bowel movements without irritation.
  The combination of an osmotic and lubricant laxative provides rapid, effective relief while maintaining gentle action on the gastrointestinal tract.

Dosage and Administration

Adults and Children Over 12 Years:

• 15–30 ml orally, once or twice daily, depending on severity
  Children 6–12 Years:

• 10–15 ml orally, once or twice daily
