-
Seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis

Mechanism of Action
-
Loratadine: Selectively blocks peripheral histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergic reactions such as itching, sneezing, and watery eyes. Unlike older antihistamines, Loratadine is non-sedating, allowing patients to remain alert.
-
Pseudoephedrine: Acts as a sympathomimetic agent that constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion, improving airflow, and easing breathing.
The combination ensures both symptomatic relief of allergic reactions and rapid decongestion of nasal passages.
