Indications

Coderin Tablet 5 mg + 120 mg is indicated for the management of:

• Seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis
• Common cold with nasal congestion
• Sinusitis-related congestion
• Upper respiratory tract allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes

Mechanism of Action

• Loratadine: Selectively blocks peripheral histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergic reactions such as itching, sneezing, and watery eyes. Unlike older antihistamines, Loratadine is non-sedating, allowing patients to remain alert.
