Pharmacology

Medozil combines two complementary mechanisms to target Alzheimer’s disease:

1. Memantine – an NMDA receptor antagonist that regulates glutamate activity in the brain. Excessive glutamate stimulation can lead to neuronal damage. Memantine helps protect nerve cells and improve cognitive function.

2. Donepezil – an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor that increases acetylcholine levels in the brain, enhancing communication between neurons and improving memory and learning.

Dosage and Administration
