Indications

Xovir Tablet 200 mg is indicated for:

• Herpes simplex virus (HSV) infections, including genital and oral herpes
• Varicella-zoster virus infections (chickenpox and shingles)
• Suppression of recurrent herpes infections
• Herpes infections in immunocompromised patients
• Preventive therapy in patients with frequent viral outbreaks (as prescribed)

Mechanism of Action
